On August 30 our new carpet was installed by your installers,
Joe and Brad. They arrived promptly at 8:30am just as promised. I was very surprised
to see them arrive on time and on the day specified. We have done a lot of renovations
in the last three years and my experience has been to sit and wait for no one to
show up or even call.

I know that Mrs. McFaddin stopped by to tell you personally
how pleased we are with the carpeting you installed throughout the bedrooms, hall
and stairs. However, for the record, I wanted to add my
total satisfaction
with the quality of the carpeting as well as the somewhat difficult installation
you accomplished in a very old house whose floors haven't been level for over 200
years. Your carpentry on trimming the doors was a welcome bonus, not to mention
a relief to my wife.
